Magazine style and packed full of useful advice. The writer is quite thorough and has a friendly style.

The page specifically on makeup tips is really useful but other information is a bit limited. It's possible to send in your own questions though, so this might be a useful feature.

Beautifully designed site with a good archive of previously asked questions. The collection of videos demonstrating different application techniques is especially useful.

• Makeup Help

This site looks like it is in the process of being overhauled but it promises to be gorgeous once it's finished. You can still access the Q&A section so definitely worth a look. Friendly responses and do-able descriptions.
