For the face
Cleanse, Tone and Moisturise twice a day
Use a mask and exfoliator each week
If you can afford it, have a facial once a month
Drink lots of water

For the body
Exfoliate
Dry body brush
Moisturise
Have regular manicures, or start taking care of your nails at home. Use cuticle oil, file,your nails, push back cuticles, use a nail strengthener and apply handcream.
Follow a regular exercise program - whatever works for you
